sandbox

Will can't wait for summer to arrive, so he can spend all of his time in the sand. he is gretty pretty impressive with his sitting up.

Yard Work

We had August in April yesterday with the mercury rising to a high of 26 degrees it was all shorts and t-shirts yesterday. It also gave us the opportunity to finish up some yard work we started on the weekend.

I enlisted the help of my Tonka trucks to help Mom with some heavy lifting of some mulch.

the beast

Will has exersaucer and will travel. Nothing like enjoying the "warmer" evenings with some 'saucer time on the deck. He is looking forward to Dad hooking up the Jolly Jumper outside as well.

Meeting of the minds

This is the first in a LONG series of negotiations that the "Boys Stewart" will have over the course of their lifetimes. I am sure Jmac is just telling Will how the 'saucer works.

Gearing up for the weekend

Well we are supposed to get into the 20s this weekend in the 902, so that means I should be able to log some serious miles on my new ride.

Check out Will, he is just starting to love 'bath nights'.

Someone is getting to be a real expert on putting on his boots. but just like his Mom we need some help sorting out our right and left.

Yes, meal time is a whole new adventure now that someone is using a spoon. In fact we are hoping that Will using a spoon will help Jmac regain the art of using a utensil versus ones hands.

Someone is getting to be real good at putting themselves to bed. He just needs to setlle down in his bed, instead of Mom and Dad's bed.

April Photos

April is going by really fast and so I thought I better share some photos of what Will and I have been up to this month. We had a whack of fun last weekend with Aunt Margie in town. She came to help Mom as Dad was hanging out with the beautiful people in Hollywood. Rumour has it, that he was missing us and walking the beach wasn't the same without Argo and me pointing out all the garbage cans and compost bins.

So over the Easter weekend we travlled to Fredericton. Grampie was all impressed that Mom managed to pack everyone in one big bag. Argo was pretty happy that the back of the Subaru wasn't jammed with tons of bags. Best part of the weekend (other than the Easter chocolate) was watching the Masters with Grampie and eating popcorn. Although, Grammie wasn't impressed that I dumped it all over her bed.

As you can see Will is growing strong and he is now grabbing everything in sight. He is even starting to eat solids. More on that later.

Of course April also means yard work. I have contracted out my trucking services to Mom for any heavy lifting she may need.

So here I am scouting out the lay of the land on Easter Saturday for the big egg hunt the next day. We were all caught by surprise to wake up on Sunday with a bit oif a snow storm. Regardless, Grammie set the hunt up inside and I found all my eggs. Having Argo and Putney (Grampie's dog) on the team sure did help.

So with the mercury rising, Will and I will try to be more diligent in our postings.

Dad is back from the left coast and he has brought the sunshine with him.

Will is looking pretty cool in his shades.
