Man Weekend

That's right. This weekend Mom travelled to Guelph to visit her freshly minted neice Rachael. So for 3 straight days it is all boys. We even sat on tables to snack on our Cheerios. That's just how the Stewart men roll.

Rose Bowl

Well this one is a little late, but since tomorrow is championship sunday, I thought I would show you how the Stewart men watch their sports. This was from the Rose Bowl on New Years Day.

The big hit of the Xmas season was Santa bringing Jmac a set of mini tonka construction vehicles.

And don't let this photo fool you. It has lead to many 'fights' as someone doesn't want Will to touch his trucks.

the climber

The biggest change in William these days is his fascination for climbing - up stairs, down stairs, on to chairs, into clothes hampers, and it seems the train drawer.

One day over the holidays Jmac was playing construction in his room and I asked Kim where will was. She said he was playing quietly in the "man room". Sure enough Will had opened the train drawer and climbed in and helped himself to trains without his older brother the wiser.

Mike Mulligan would be jealous

Our neighbours are quite excited that Jmac has grown attached to his shovel and wants to "plow" and "scoop" anytime it snows.

He is getting better at leaving his gloves on - which makes the whole shovelling experience much more enjoyable.

He looks quite "sharp" in his new snowsuit. But it looks like Dad might have to go buy a pair of snow pants, as Jmac doesn't wish to wear his as Daddy isn't wearing a pair.

Silent Night

I somehow managed to capture one of the few "quiet" times the boys had over the holidays. Just as Grammie and Grampie were leaving they decided to enjoy some of the new books that Santa placed under the tree for them.
