Cowboy baby

We had a pretty awesome Wednesday, as KT took us to a TV station. To see all the fun we had, just click on the Team KT link on the right hand side.

After I woke up from my 195 min. nap I decided that I wanted to play cowboy. Now if only Argo would cooperate to be my horsey.

More from the Basin

Well it took seven seperate trips to the Chester hardware store (they had a cool tractor that was fun to sit on) but Grumps and I finally fixed the garden hose. Well actually we just bought a new one (on Dad's suggestion). It was a good thing we got it fixed and we needed the hose to cool off Argo and to wash Grumps' truck.

There was a nice breeze one day, so Grumps and Mom set up my tent. It was nice to get out of the sun and have a cool place to read my books. I tried to nap, but Baxter didn't feel comfortable on the lawn, so we napped in the pack and play instead.

Random Family Shots

Choo-Choo, Clickety-Clack...

Good ole James is playing with his tracks.

Basin Boy

Well KT was giving me heat today that my blog updates from yesterday were a little weak. So here you go. Plenty of pics from my 10 days in Chester Basin.

I would usually get up nice and early (5:30 am) so I could make some coffee with Grumps. After breakfast we would go down to the shorline to play with the rocks.

There was a lot of open grass so Argo and I could run around.

And it was so hot most of the time we were in Chester, we spent most of our time in the water.

Crack out the Cubans

It's a boy. That's right. I am going to have a little baby brother. Mom, Dad, and even KT just went to the private ultrasound clinic to determine the sex of the baby in Mom's belly.

We are all pretty excited, although Mom is really outnumbered now.

Time for a celebratory cigar. Good thing Grumps didn't smoke all of Dad's inventory.

(p.s. Ingrid was looking after us while KT went to the clinic)

Mr. Chester Basin

Just want to report that all is well. I have extended my stay in Chester Basin with Nan, Grumps, Argo and Mom as the weather in the city is 3H - hot, hazy and humid. We are all having a blast. Poor Dad is stuck in the city working.

Aunt Lisa went home late Sunday night. I had so much fun with her. It was really neat that on her last night, she strolled me down to the store to get some ice cream.

Word in the 'hood is that LBug and KT are missing me. Too bad they couldn't come down for a visit.

I promise some photos soon.

In other news, Dad has a new job - well other than taking care of me. He is going to become the Director of Marketing for Film NS. He is off to LA next week. I hope he doesn't go too Hollywood on me. I like him they way he is.

I hope he brings me back a present. Or at least one for Mom.

F is for family

I am sorry that I haven't posted in awhile, but I have been super busy visiting with Aunt Margie and Grammie and Grampie Newman. AM came to Halifax two weeks ago and we had an awesome time cleaning up Mom's garden. She also brought me a couple of cool presents from Egypt. I am actually wearing the shirt in the picture above.

After she left, Mom and I went on a road trip to Fredericton. Grammie was in Halifax on business and we drove home with her. Dad and Argo stayed in Halifax.

Had a great time in Fredericton. Poor Mom was in bed all weekend, but Grammie and Grampie took me to a petting zoo, stables, and big walks in Odell Park. Once I put my life jacket on, I even got to swim in the pool.

Next up are the Stewarts. Aunt L flies into town today. Nan and Gramps arrive tomorrow afternoon. We are all heading down to Chester Basin to give Mom and Dad some R&R.
