Cousin Rachel

When we were in Fredericton for Chelsey and Ryan's wedding, the boys were able to spend some quality time with their cousin Rachel. The thought it was nice to have a girl around but concluded that "mommy....no more babies".

William and Rachel really hit it off. He loved her so much that he wanted to give her a kiss.

The boys consider themselves Jolly Jumper experts and though they could share some tips with Rachel. She prefers to do small "lady like" jumps unlike the crazy bouncing the boys used to do.


Dad though Rachel felt "sooooo light" after lifting James and Will all of the time.

Wedding Weekend

James and Will were ring bearers in Chelsey (Young) and Ryan Hoard's wedding this weekend. They were really cute in their tuxes.

Dinner Date

Last Wednesday night we had dinner with 2 of our favorite ladies...Barb and Sophie. They arrived just after 5pm with slider burgers and buns. Yummy !

Everyone got really excited when the chocolate popsicles came out for desert.

Argo got really excited too !

South Shore Sunday

It was a "Grade A" day yesterday down in Chester, so we cracked out the sunscreen, shades, bucket hats and capped off a busy weekend. Oh yeah we got the camera out too.

Rumour in the Cove is that the water temp is somewhere between 26 and 28 degrees. I think it hit that high after Jmac had so many "pees in the sea". As you can see Will loved getting in the ocean.


It seems the swimming lessons are starting to pay off. And the threat of "no boat rides" ensures that both boys keep their PFDs on.

Sunday AN (after naps) we took Grumps and the boys and Argo out for a spin in the boat.



Will is auditioning for the remake of "Captain Ron".

We had a last minute "man morning".... Nothing like a little Starbucks and a fire hydrant to start the day off right.


Poor Will couldn't climb as high as Jmac.

Jmac came across this big yellow Muskoka chair in 'Hone Bay the other day when he was out lunching with his Aunt Lisa.

Chester Garden Party

"Time for dinner!" James rings the dinner bell.

The boys enjoying some gourmet cheeseburgers made by Dad. We set up the new patio furniture in the garden in Chester and had a lovely dinner.


Trains on the deck are a fun thing to do after dinner.
