B is for Brownie

Brownies make a delicious dinner. So last Friday night I was helping Dad and Aunt Lisa cook their dinner and I saw some brownies on the counter. These "cookies" looked really good and since I was going to miss out on their dinner, Dad let me have one. They were supposed to be "two-bite" brownies but I had to take five. I needed my milk to chase the brownie down.

Boxers, Beers, and Books

Mom is up partying in Ottawa so it is just the boys hanging out at 2745 Oxford St. Luckily Aunt Lisa is coming for a visit so she can help Dad out in taking care of me.

Cookie Monster

A couple of weeks ago, Lyla and I had some fun making some cookies for Katie. She wanted to have some cookies cause she had an important dinner date. Everyone pitched in to help, inlcuding Argo.

Had a pretty cool weekend with Mom and Dad. Mom is still terribly sick, but Dad and I seem to be on the mend. I slept through the night without coughing Saturday and Sunday and slept into 7 am both mornings. Dad took me to OTG on Saturday while Mom went out for brunch. Then we both had a 3 hour nap Saturday afternoon. Yesterday, Mom and I played in the basement and then we all went for a family walk in the park.

I am learning all sorts of new words now. I think Aunt Lisa is going to be impressed when she arrives on Wednesday for a visit.

Be mine

Happy belated Valentine's Day everyone. Had a pretty mellow day as Mom and Dad are both sick. I am still crannky these days as I have a bad cough, nasal congestion, and some new teeth coming in. We did have a fun Feb. 14 swim day.

Mom is teaching me the word "mush". She says it will help me get Argo going in the right direction.

Water Wings

Well Team Katie skipped out on the Library yesterday and traded in story time for wave time. We had a blast splashing in the pool. It is so much more fun now that I can walk around in the shallow end.

Crayola Time

I am really starting to enjoy the art board I got for X-mas. I quickly learned that crayons are better for drawing than eating.
