Sit Ups

Look at me... I am sitting up all on my own. I am pretty proud of myself. I seem to have shaken the flu and cold that was bogging me down for most of the week. Lousy weekend weather wise and Mom and Dad seem to have a touch of my flu as well. Dad just took Grammie Newman to the airport. Had a fun visit with her and she bought me a new shirt (not pictured here but will be shown once we have another patio party). Dad is happy that he got the taxes done and Mom accomplished a lot of spring cleaning in the house this weekend.

Don't tell Dad but we basically take over his "man room" during the days. Now that I can sit up I am loving his club chairs. Once Argo and I figure out how to use the remote control it will be Animal Planet and cartoons in HD all day long.

P.S. I saw Argo licking Mom's knee so I tried. Denim doesn't taste good.

El Patio

Too busy partying on the deck to do a blog posting. Kudos to Dad for rigging up the Jolly Jumper outside. Who knew an "old boy" had so much skill with a drill.

Green Beans!

Not a big fan of green beans. I will take sweet potatoes over them any day of the week. That's right I am doing pretty good with solid foods. Little bit of rice and oatmeal cereal along with a chaser of either a fruit or veggie (all mushed up!). Dad has to mush them as Mom is afraid of the food processor.

In other news, I can old my own bottle during meal time. I also drank out a sippy cup the other night.

It looks like after 3 days of rain and grey the sun has arrived. Dad took Argo and me to the park this morning and it was really cold but we are supposed to have bright sun and double digit weather over the weekend. Crack out the hawaiian shirts and shades. Dad mentioned something about finding some mint and making mojitoes.

Hangin' with my bud!

I want to buy shares in this Jolly Jumper company. Love it! Very relaxing weekend with Grammie and Grampie Newman in town. It was nice to have some sunshine today (hello Baby Bandz shades). Slept 11 hours last night. About to go have my bath with Mom. Dad isn't talking to me as I pooped all over him (hence the no pants look). When will he learn that my "command centre" makes me poop. I can't wait until I can walk Argo.

Road Weary

Well what can I say. I am just now recovering from my trip to Toronto. Easter was awesome. It was filled with lots of gifts (I have a new favourite rabbit). The Leafs lost so dad is a bit disappointed. I had a nice visit to Guelph to see my Aunt Lindsay. I just couldn't believe all of the snow we had. I thought spring was to be warm weather. Oh well. I promise more photos over the weekend.

My Nan and Gramps sure have a nice house. I gained a new appreciation for carpet. Flying was fun. it was cool to look out the window on Mom's lap during take-off. Nothing much was on TV so I slept. I got a bit cranky coming home as we were delayed.
