Catch and Release

So while Dad was cutting the grass tonight I decided that I would help him by picking up Argo's tennis balls. First time I picked one up and I gotta say, pretty cool texture. I think Argo wanted me to throw it. I am saving my arm strength for crawling practice.

What a wet weekend. Pretty happy to see the sun yesterday afternoon. I was feeling pretty sick over the weekend, but I did manage to stay out of trouble. I kept Dad company while he was watching the Open Championship.

Jamie and Erin were visiting from Toronto. I think all my spitting freaked Jamie out. Really liked Erin. She was super cool and gave me a couple of bottles. She even took me to the park for a swing while Mom and Argo played catch (Erin wasn't a fan of Argo). Dad was just happy that he and Jamie could finally play golf.

p.s. Happy Birthday Gramps Stewart. I heard Dad say you were six-something.

Go Blue

I think I look pretty cool in my Michigan Blue shirt. Argo is a pretty chill dog to let me play with his toys. Might have to get me one of these Kongs.

You can do it, baby can help

Home projects just took on a new level of professionalism now that I am here to help Dad and make sure he does things right. I know Mom is happy cause she really doesn't trust Dad's handywork.

Berry Patch

So Mom took me and Argo up the Valley to go strawberry picking yesterday. It was so much fun. I didn't actually get to pick as I am too little but I just hung out on my blanket with my toys and chilled with Argo. I had to make sure he didn't run into the patch also. After we were done picking we had a picnic and then found a pond so Argo could go swimming. It was a great adventure. Dad really missed out.

So Mom spilled the flat of berries when we got home. I helped to clean up.

Baywatch

I am pretty lucky to have a good lifeguard in Argo. He was none to happy that I took over his turtle pool. I told him we could share. The only reason that I had a swim in his pool, is beacuse I had a killer 3 hour nap this afternoon. It ruined Mom's timing to take me to the Waeg. I hope Argo lets me get in his pool again. It was fun. Think he likes my rubber duck.

Sunday Project

Well I am putting on my Home Depot apron this morning. I am helping Dad grab his tool belt. Time to get the screw driver out and lower my crib.

Tea Time

I think Argo likes my cookies more than I do.

My Girl

Here I am from a few weeks ago playing with Lyla in her garden. She kept wanting to take my shirt off.

In training

I am hanging out in Fredericton this week. Dad and Argo drove Mom and me to Sackville, NB and we met Grampie Newman there. After a 30 minute pit stop we were heading to Fred and Dad and Argo were heading back home. From what I hear they had a pretty relaxing afternoon watching some movies and then passing out on the couch together before the sun went down.

I wonder how Argo is doing home alone with Dad at work today. Wonder how long it will be until I can stay home by myself.

The picture above is of Sebastian and me during one of Mom's training runs with Kathryn. It is from the archives (June 26). They are going to run the Valley 1/2 marathon.

In other news, I have started crawling. Although I can only move in reverse. I will try to get a hold of forward soon.
