Images from the weekend

It was another busy weekend around the Stewart house. We were very lucky to have fantastic weather. On Saturday morning, the "boys" went to the beach so Mom could get some more rest. Since the big forest fires has the Lawrencetown area closed, we went to Rainbow Haven beach outside of Cole Harbour. It sure was windy, but Argo and I had a great time.


Dad was pretty smart. He remembered to pack a snack for me. Check out my sweet new Paddington bear "sip cup". I am also pointing out to Dad where the "outside" garbage can is located.

After we did the beach, we came home and had a picnic lunch. It was then time for a book in our new chairs before nap time.

And yes Dad knows that this outfit doesn't match all that well, it was just practical as he wanted a bit of warmth and long sleeves for the beach.

So since it was Father's Day on Sunday, I was trying to convince Mom we should get Dad a golf cart. She wasn't buying. Anyways, we had a great dinner at Ashburn on Saturday night. It was cool, we got to watch some golf while we ate our grilled cheese.

After dinner we came home to sit in the chairs and have a scotch and cigar. Well, a milk and banana in my case.
